Established in 2021
We serve current venture capitalists, general partners (GPs), aspiring venture capitalists, and founders who identify as Latine around the world. Latine professionals are the future in the United States specifically, as some of the most entrepreneurial and fastest growing demographics today.
Our community has been responsible for approximately 50% of net new small business growth over the past decade (The State of Latino Entrepreneurship Report 2021) and is projected to account for 78% of the net increase in the U.S labor force from 2020–2030 (U.S. Dept of Labor).

We're on a mission is to create an open and inclusive environment for current and future Latine investors to thrive.

VCFamilia provides a space for Latine VCs to connect and support one another, from fresh analysts to seasoned principals.
VCF hosts periodical happy hours & dinners, city-specific meetups, and sponsor-led programming to help our community connect and engage with aim of increasing our presence and visibility across the industry.
Additionally, we provide structure around the organic sharing of deals, job opportunities, and meaningful intros in a way that directly benefits our members’ careers.
For those who manage funds or are in the process of launching their own fund, we provide meaningful programming focused on forming relationships with LPs within our network.
In 2023, we aim to provide more opportunities to learn and connect with investors, along with Latine founders through our sister organization Founder Familia.
We understand how difficult it can be to break into an industry that is both competitive and culturally insulated, and we’ve responded by creating programming focused on educating the next generation of Latine investors on what’s needed to break in.
In 2023, we aim to expand our efforts in creating a long-term pipeline of Latine VC talent.
